Koniag Integration Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Technical Content Manager to support KINS and our government customer. This position is in office. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a SECRET Level Clearance.

Job Summary:
The Technical Content Manager is required to keep abreast of latest state-of-the-art equipment and procedures through review of engineering drawings and data, repair manuals, technical bulletins, manufacturer's catalogs, and supply catalog data to maintain expert technical knowledge.

- Evaluate operational capability, review performance data, and recommend corrections to equipment design deficiencies.
- Investigate, analyze, and recommend technical advice for system/equipment accidents, incidents, and failures.
- Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
- Participate in pre-publication and post-publication technical order reviews. Initiate Technical Order changes as required to maintain compatibility with equipment modification, new equipment, or to correct technical order deficiency reports via RC/PCRs.
- Participate in testing of new and modified equipment as well as train users and maintainers on approved procedures.
- Test, train, and field support to customers regarding technical aspects of designated systems and services.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing difficult and unusual problems including those which have not been previously resolved.
- Provide technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of aircraft, programs, and systems.
- Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of designated systems and services.
- Present oral and written reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Authorized access to classified information; active security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
- Complete assigned work with limited direction, review and guidance from experienced peers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent flight experience desired.
- B52 experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in TO related career field.
- Experience with DoD in a Military, civilian, or contract position supporting DoD programs.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth system knowledge of the Air Force TO and drawing systems.
- Specific system knowledge.
- Proficiency in completion of Air Force change requests.
- Ability to evaluate operational capability and performance data.
- Possession of excellent technical writing, briefing, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated Technical Leadership Skills.
- Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated skill in negotiation, building consensus and achieving compromise.
- Requires a self-starter with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated work experience and technical knowledge of aircraft equipment or systems.
- Dependable attendance.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person status
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Crew Chief, Pilot experience on B52.
Security Requirement:
- Candidates must be a US Citizen with the ability to be approved for an active Secret Level Clearance.
