Job Description
As the global demand for Precision Guided Munitions continues to rise, the Munitions Acceleration Team (MAT) has been formed to support a significant ramp to rate on our THAAD Seeker production. Facing into a 4x production rate increase, coupled with key development milestones, BAE Systems will be heavily investing into the expansion of our THAAD manufacturing footprint across three locations to meet the demand.
We are seeking an Operations Program Manager to support this ramp by leading our equipment strategies to ensure production readiness and overall program success. Reporting directly to the MAT Operations Director, this individual will play a key role as we face into obsolescence, development, procurement, and transitions of our manufacturing and test equipment. Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

We are seeking an Operations Program Manager to support this ramp by leading our equipment strategies to ensure production readiness and overall program success. Reporting directly to the MAT Operations Director, this individual will play a key role as we face into obsolescence, development, procurement, and transitions of our manufacturing and test equipment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Serving as the Lead for equipment related efforts (manufacturing and test) to support the THAAD ramp to rate
- Interfaces with Factory, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to manage all aspects of obsolescence, development, procurement, validation, and transition-to-production to ensure production readiness
- Develops equipment migration plans between sites (NH, AL, NY) to achieve IMS milestones
- Partners with Facilities to plan and execute equipment installations
- Develops and manages equipment funding plans
- Supports equipment Configuration Management to ensure consistency across sites
- Partners with Procurement to drive on-time equipment deliveries in support of the overall ramp to rate plan
- Partners with Process Engineering to ensure preventative maintenance plans are established and translated across sites
