Job Description
We are seeking an employee liaison to help manage a complex environment that supports high performance collaboration.

• Act as the face of the team to resident employees as the primary point of contact
• Create and distribute communications to EWAN users regarding important notices and updates
• Report utilization and occupancy status, actively manage applicable space
• Work with facilities, plant engineering and site management to ensure the space performance meets expectations
• Act as a primary IT support contact for infrastructure/technology to meet expectations
• Manage seating capacity/assignments
• Manage data transfer priority list
• Facilitate moves and transitions of users in/out
• Stock room(s) organization/oversight
• Purchasing expense items (light)
• Ensure compliance with all internal organizational policies and procedures
• Act as POC for coordinating IT equipment and inventory tracking with security

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Excellent organization skills
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with MS 365 and Office Suite

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• BS degree and 2+ years of experience or equivalent experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
