As a CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNCATIONS SPECIALIST at the NH-0301-3 some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Develop, design, and manage communication methods that effectively convey strategic information supporting organizational changes pertaining to the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) program.
- Assist with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and business process reengineering to ensure effective application of functional requirements.
- Facilitate cross communication enhancing functional identification, development, and deployment of required capabilities.
- Develop and disseminates procedures and functional requirements that support the JTMS customer business strategy and support USTRANSCOM strategic objectives.
- Research, develop and recommend implementation of specific business practices which can contribute to improved customer support and can be translated into detailed functional requirements.

- Apply critical thinking in identifying, analyzing, and solving complex issues related to communications and change management .
- Develop plans and techniques to fit new situations to improve overall communications and change management programs.
- Contribute to or lead author of management reports or contractual documents for external distribution.
- Organize work, set priorities, and determine resource requirements; determining goals and strategies to achieve them; coordinating with other organizations; monitoring progress, and evaluate outcomes.
