What You'll Work On:

• Advise on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools.
• Administer quantitative and qualitative modeling techniques to data.
• Apply analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis.
• Analyze and process data while contributing to the development of models and report templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
• Recommend and implement appropriate performance measures to be produced, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical met rics.
• Provide guidance to fellow team members.
• Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis.

You Have:

• Experience working within an Agile environment and implementing best practices
• Experience with help desk or IT support services, including ticketing systems, issue management, and escalation processes
• Experience with Micro sof t Office applications, including Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library ( ITIL ) principles, including incident management, problem management, change management, and asset or configuration management, to ensure alignment with industry best practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, development team, and end-users
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting testing activities or reviewing test cases for requirement alignment
• Experience stepping in to facilitate Agile ceremonies when the Scrum Master is unavailable
• Ability to facilitate user acceptance testing ( UAT ) to con firm that any new systems or tools function as expected for help desk and user support purposes

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
