Responsibilities
- Compiles monthly timesheets and ensures all timesheets are submitted and approved.
- Assist Operations Manager with duties as needed.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of related administrative experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines
