Gauge Engineering Services is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer to participate in design teams for the Future Long Range Assault Aircraft known as the MV-75.
Program Overview
The FLRAA (Future Long Range Assault Aircraft) program is a U.S. Army modernization effort to replace a portion of the current helicopter fleet with a new tiltrotor aircraft, the MV-75. This new aircraft is designed to be twice as fast and have twice the range of existing helicopters, enabling enhanced tactical maneuverability for missions like air assault, medical evacuation, and resupply. The program uses advanced digital engineering and rapid prototyping, with user feedback integrated throughout the design process.
Location: Owego, NY-onsite-can start remote for up to 60 days if relocating

What You’ll Do
Provide lab support to on-going Integration and Test activities including
Integration procedure development
System Problem Report (SPR) initiation and processing
System Test Dry Runs
System Test execution
Development of desktop regression test procedures and tools
Document test procedures and test results
Participate in engineering technical reviews
Document work and artifacts in Engineering Data SDRLShape
What We’re Looking For:
U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of Integration and Test engineering experience with test automation methods
5+ years of applicable domain experience
Lab Experience
Model Based Systems Engineering experience using CAMEO
Experience with DO-254 and DO-178
Desired Skills
Experience with GUI based simulations
Experience with Wireshark
Applicable domain expertise is as follows:
- Avionic Human Machine Interface Design
- Glass cockpit design
- Tactical communications and data links
- Military aircraft navigation systems
- Embedded mission computing processing systems
- Time sensitive networking (TSN) and Digital Backbone networks
- Military Aircraft sensor systems
- Aircraft survivability systems
