We are seeking an Audio-Visual Specialist to work on site as part of a team to provide daily on-site operational and sustainment support for classroom audiovisual (AV) equipment, including hardware, software, networking, and TEAMS video conferencing for classrooms. This role will be responsible for performing this effort on site reporting directly to Army customer and local Program Manager.

Responsibilities:
The candidate will install, configure, operate, and maintain audiovisual and integrated IT systems. Set up and support meetings and events, troubleshoot equipment and system issues, and ensure reliable system performance. Provide user support, maintain equipment and inventories, and complete required vendor training.
Required Experience
Associate’s degree OR three years of AV experience
Must obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Current InfoComm International AV Technology certification (CTS preferred)
Basic knowledge/understanding of all equipment settings as they pertain to the normal operation of an Audio Visual & Information Technology systems.
Basic Crestron, AMX, Biamp, and Extron training within 120 days of contract award.
Install, configure, and maintain AV systems and associated IT components
Support presentations, meetings, and other AV-dependent activities
Ensure systems operate according to manufacturer and organizational standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
Maintain certifications and complete required training
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights up to 20 feet.
Solid oral and written communication skills
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting integrated audio-visual systems and installations is preferred. Familiarity with Crestron, AMX, Biamp, and Extron equipment and control systems is desirable. Additional experience with troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining enterprise audio visual environments is preferred.
Familiarity with military classroom and training environments are preferred.
Education / Certifications
Experience may substitute for formal education. Degree in related field (e.g., AV technology, electronics, IT) is beneficial.
Technical certifications in AV systems, IT networking, or audiovisual support are advantageous.

Must be US Citizen
Possess clear and precise oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to meet requirements to work on a military installation, including having a valid state driver's license and automobile insurance
Be self-motivated with the ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes
Demonstrate high standards of quality and accuracy
Be in attendance and punctual as scheduled
Candidate must be able to travel as required
