Description:You will be a Financial Management Manager, supporting the Rates and Factors team. Our team is responsible for developing internal data collection of Overhead Expenses, Managing Overhead Rates and providing financial guidance to leaders across MFC.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Management Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Overhead Rates and Factors team. You will work closely with multiple functions, the Controllers organization and the Customer to meet overhead financial commitments and support forward pricing rate proposals.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Provide Day to Day direction to the Rates and Factors team and lead through a changing environment
• Developing internal data collection of Overhead Expenses
• Providing financial guidance to Sr. Leadership and the controller
• Support the development of the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal
• Support Corporate and the Government customer with information and data requests

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
The candidate shall possess a Bachelor's degree
in Accounting or Finance or related discipline and
have demonstrated success as a leader.
The candidate shall have Overhead budgeting, forecasting,
and variance analysis experience, as well as
experience working with Finance and Business
Operations Functions. The candidate should also have experience interacting across functions and with multiple
internal and external customers.
The candidate shall have proven leadership experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in Overhead Expense management
and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and process-driven with excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with a innovative
mindset and working knowledge of Finance
concepts (EACs, Long Range Planning, etc.)
• Experience developing Forward Pricing Rate Proposals
• Ability to lead through change and serve as a change agent

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
