Who You Are
You'll perform as a the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Repair Material Integration Manager. This position requires the selected candidate to lead cross-functionally and across all levels of employees to develop solutions and enable performance driven teams.
You'll lead a team that's a primary interface for Global Supply Chain - responsible for Field Repair Execution, Sub-Contract Management Repair Risk Process, Sale Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP), Sustainment Repair Shortage (MICAP) Reduction and Fleet Supply Rate Support.
What You Will Be Doing
The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Repair Material Integration Manager will lead a team focused on repair center of excellence for F-35, IFG, and AMMM focused on the current status and delivery of all repairs, the BER/BPR workflow, and strategic contracting strategies for Repairs and Upgrades. This position will be responsible for development, assessment, and workflow analysis to ensure optimal business operations and continuous improvement.
Primary responsibilities include: Communicating material risks, identifying subcontracting risks and issues to a diverse suite of internal and external customers, Driving system accuracy and resolving gaps to enable total repair system health, and Strategic and Tactical Mitigation Actions to increase material supportability to our customers
You'll ensure alignment across GSC organization by driving the business rhythm and operational tempo, SSOW requirements, metrics management, tool development & maintenance, organizational communications and process improvement initiatives.
You'll also collaborate with Labor Relations & Human Resources to enhance employee engagement.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University
• 8+ years related experience Sustainment Operations and/or Supply Chain Experience
• Experience with Fleet Repair Operations and Cycles
• Familiarity with SCM Acquisition Life Cycle - Requirements Load through Contract Close Out
• SAP Experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite of applications
Desired Skills:
• Experience with database tools and ability to manipulate large data sets in different systems
• Prior leadership experience
• Familiar with principles and/or execution of Performance Based Logistics concepts
• Supply Chain Execution experience
• Experience in developing business rhythm and standard work
• Experience Procurement Processes and Analytics
• Familiarity with Beyond Economical Repair and Beyond Physical Repair Concepts and Process
• Strong executive and team level communication skills - both written and verbal
• Lean Training
• Experience collaborating and communicating cross-functionally, building consensus and shaping/influencing opinion

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
