Job Number 718655BR

Description:
You will be the Program Manager, ARISE for the ARISE Product Line. Our team delivers complex software and modeling-&-simulation solutions that power Lockheed Martin's enterprise missions.

At Lockheed Martin, we've been developing simulations for decades. With ARISE, we're improving upon this experience. What's different about ARISE is our ability to use high-fidelity, modern software tools to build system simulations - or digital twins - just like Lego blocks. This suite of tools, comprised of data analytics, mission software, hardware in the loop, and modeling and simulation, allows our engineers to optimize systems for the environments our products are truly going to see.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Program Manager you will be responsible for leading a large cross-functional team, engaging external stakeholders, and driving growth of the ARISE product line.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and execution of award agreements.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program-management plans, EVMS structures, and milestone schedules.

  • Assess project issues, devise resolutions, and ensure productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction targets are met.

  • Lead cross-business-area (BA) activities, including export-strategy development with overseas Lockheed Martin entities.

  • Monitor master-plan adherence, allocate resources, and adjust specifications to keep programs on track.

Why Join Us

We are looking for a collaborative, purpose-driven leader who thrives on turning complex challenges into successful programs. This role offers high visibility, direct impact on mission-critical solutions, and a clear path for career growth within a world-class aerospace organization.

We are committed to supporting your work-life balance and overall well-being, offering flexible 4-day × 10-hour work schedules. Learn more about Lockheed Martin's comprehensive benefits package here .
