Clear Creek Federal is seeking a Future Operations Planner in New Orleans, LA. This team member will provide future operations planning and program-management decision support to MARFORRES G-35. They will coordinate across HQMC PP&O, MARFORRES staff, and Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs) to synchronize future operations, exercises, and Global Force Management (GFM)-related planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the G-35 Future Operations Division in administering strategic and operational programs, projects, and actions.
  • Conduct day-to-day liaison with HQMC PP&O, MARFORRES G-3/5 leadership, section heads, and MSCs to ensure alignment with commander intent and task execution.
  • Apply Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Joint Planning Process (JPP), and Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) knowledge to develop/track POA&Ms and analyze directives to extract tasks and assess impacts.
  • Support development and synchronization of plans, processes, procedures, and policies; participate in relevant working groups to ensure deconfliction across stakeholders.
  • Develop operational products to support execution of GFM tasks (e.g., EXORDs, OPORDs, PLANORDs, LOIs) and provide campaign development / long-range planning support.
  • Attend operations/exercise/TSC planning events; prepare and present briefings to leadership as required.
  • Support task management using ETMS2 and AMHS.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of one of the following advanced planner schools: SAW / SAMS / MAWS / SAASS (as required by the PWS for this subtask).
  • Demonstrated experience producing executive-level correspondence, staffing actions, and briefing senior military leadership.
  • Working knowledge and demonstrated application of MCPP, JPP, and JELC; experience developing orders and planning products.

Security Requirement
  • Anticipated classification level: SECRET (with tasking potentially requiring SIPRNET access).
