Markon is seeking a Web Developer to support the VA Customer in the development, administration, and strategic enhancement of internal and external classified websites. The selected candidate will provide full-spectrum website development, SharePoint administration, content management, branding support, and strategic communications planning in alignment with VA Customer and Federal policies.
This role requires strong technical web expertise combined with content management, branding, and strategic communication planning capabilities within a classified environment.

USD $150,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities
- Support development and enhancement of Sponsor internal and external classified websites to effectively convey organizational messaging
- Serve as SharePoint Site Collection Administrator
- Update and manage website content, ensuring proper classification markings and accuracy of all entries
- Develop and support graphics content for websites, placemats, newsletters, and related materials
- Gather, create, edit, and disseminate the monthly TTC Newsletter, ensuring classification compliance and accuracy
- Support branding and marketing initiatives as required
- Manage website updates and review webpages to ensure adherence to VA Customer and Federal policies
- Identify, recommend, and assist with implementation of new website technologies
- Support conversion of legacy websites to align with TTC branding standards and layout requirements
- Plan, develop, and execute new website pages and functionality
- Develop communication plans and strategic roadmaps aligned with VA Customer strategies for presentation to Center Leadership
- Provide ad hoc web development and technical support as needed
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
- Experience supporting classified website development and administration
- Experience serving as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator
- Demonstrated experience managing web content in compliance with Federal or IC classification standards
- Experience developing website graphics and communication materials
- Ability to translate organizational strategy into web content and communication plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community or Federal customers
- Knowledge of VA Customer or Federal web governance and compliance standards
- Experience modernizing or migrating legacy web platforms
- Familiarity with branding and marketing strategy development in a government environment
