Responsibilities:
- Conduct statistical analysis in conjunction with the reporting requirements and performance measures, specific to intelligence reports produced across federal client.
- Conduct analysis, compile data, prepare reports, and graphically display the information related to reporting requirements, to include database and systems usage by various elements across the agency.
- Monitor and ensure reports follow prescribed formats; maintain statistics on various aspects of the intelligence program;
- Ensure proper completion and submission of information summaries;
- Evaluate policy, instructions, and standard operating procedures affecting Intelligence program operations;
- Research, identify, and gather documents in response to incoming Freedom of Information Act requests;
- Research, identify, and gather documents in response to incoming taskings as they pertain to agency priorities
Requirements:
- US Citizenship
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to obtain/maintain Agency Clearance
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of three years experience as a Program Analyst or similar position
- Strong skill set in statistical analysis, reporting, graphic representation of findings
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Demonstrated ability and technical knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and PowerBI
