A BQ military spouse possesses knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies comparable to others who meet the competitive referral criteria for the specific position.
- You will apply standardized supply regulations to perform technical support duties related to completing individual transactions.
- You will expedite outstanding requisitions to improve delivery dates.
- You will perform reconciliation of information between supply systems and maintains and reviews document control registers for supply actions to ensure no misuse of the requisitioning processes.
- You will establish, monitor, and maintain the accountability programs for the command in an automated data processing system.
- You will update Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) and Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) and other databases as required with information provided by analysts or higher-level technicians.
- You will search different areas of NERP, Navy-Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) and other databases to extract information to resolve data discrepancies.
- You will procure consumable supplies, equipment and furniture by providing vendors and contractors with specific requirements, obtaining quotations and processing requirements via Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) for review and approval.
