Come join our team! Mobius is seeking an Acquisition Intelligence Analyst. In this role you will ensure identification, understanding and satisfaction of the intelligence requirements of MDA Senior Leadership, Program Elements, and other Two-Letter organizations. The requirements may encompass current intelligence, technical intelligence engineering, and acquisition intelligence. Acquisition Intelligence Analysts are required to have a thorough understanding of each assigned program, to understand the critical intelligence needs of each portfolio, and to have the ability to research and/or coordinate these requirements with the IC to get rapid and up-to-date intelligence responses, as required. Acquisition Intelligence Analysts must also be familiar with the DoD Acquisition Process to best support the division's acquisition intelligence effort. Acquisition Intelligence Analysts build trusted relationships vertically and horizontally across the Agency, working closely with each other to ensure that intelligence affecting other portfolios is shared, and they collaborate with the CCMDs to assist in the planning for, and employment of, MDA assets. Intelligence Division currently provides intelligence support through the portfolio system across all geographies: HSV, DHL, NCR, and COS. Portfolios are supported by both Government and contractor personnel. Supported MDA programs include, but are not limited to, Ground-Based Weapon Systems, Sea-Based Weapon Systems, Targets and Countermeasures, Advanced Technology, and Chief Architect, as well as DE/I leadership. Work will be performed at the MDA Headquarters in the NCR.

Duties of an Acquisition Intelligence Analyst may include:
- Provide intelligence reports, technical data, briefings, updates, RFI responses, and assessments for portfolios across all geographies.
- Provide acquisition intelligence documentation; the Analyst 101 orientation; and program element outreach plans.
- Respond to RFIs and tasking for intelligence support for portfolios across all geographies.
- Develop and deliver ad hoc intelligence reports, white papers, technical data, briefings, and assessments for portfolios across all geographies. Supported MDA programs include, but are not limited to, Ground-Based Weapon Systems, Sea-Based Weapon Systems, Targets and Countermeasures, Advanced Technology, and Chief Architect.
- Provide direct Task Management Tool (TMT), managerial and analytical support to DET leadership
Qualifications
- 6-10 years' experience in intelligence analysis
- Executes analytical tasks, utilizing both analytical techniques, and processes for this SOW
- Develops and/or utilizes analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities
- Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems
- Applies oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams
- Should have all-source intelligence experience, which could include experience with Intelligence Community agencies or with the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including service intelligence components. Intelligence support to the acquisition or requirements community is preferred.
- Should have knowledge of acquisition and requirements processes
- Should have Israel Missile Defense systems experience/knowledge.
Education
- Degree in relevant field such as history, political science, sociology, or other social science field
Clearance
- Active TS with SCI eligibility
