Job Description
Carpenter at various Overseas locations. Must have experience with metal framing, insulation, drywall measuring & hanging, drywall finishing (taping, mudding, sanding), ACT removal, reinstallation & new installation, flooring & cove base removal and installation, priming and painting installation and is familiar with US Embassy/OBO standards for construction.

Primary Responsibilities
- Demolishes and prepares rough openings for replacement FE/BR doors and windows.
- Assists with material uncrating, QC inspects, and stages new products per manufacturer's requirements.
- Removes and reinstates architectural finishes around existing FEBR products.
- Performs interior and exterior finishing work at newly installed FEBR products and systems.
- Performs punch list to the satisfaction of the Client.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1-14 years related carpentry, and general construction experience required.
- Attention to detail and high end finishes.
- Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a Team.
- Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision.
