Proficiency with personal computers and networking
Analyze Manufacturing Drawings and BOM to understand material and logistical requirements
Potential Travel to Alaska, Hawaii, UK and Europe
PREFERRED Qualifications
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and test instrumentation / Experience in using SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Experience with troubleshooting individual components and full system integrations
Familiar with Harness Related Mil Specs
Responsibilities:
Review and understand engineering drawings to support assembly and testing of products.
Perform kitting of parts as required for assembly.
Perform electromechanical fabrication to include harness builds and wiring of electronic assemblies. This includes all types of harnesses RF, Multi conductor, Ethernet, Video, and power
Perform mechanical fabrication to include assembly of hatches, base kits, and various other mechanical assemblies
Preform assembly, troubleshooting, testing, soldering, and repairs of various components
Test and inspect in-process and completed products.
