Blue Rose Consulting Group is small and growing government contracting firm with a large portion of our business dedicated to Behavioral Health services. We are seeking a visionary and clinically grounded Clinical Director to provide enterprise-wide leadership for our Behavioral Health and Wellness Solutions Team.
In this executive-level role, you will serve as the organization's senior clinical authority, ensuring the highest standards of ethical practice, trauma-informed care, and resilience-centered service delivery across all behavioral health programs. You will oversee existing and emerging contracts, mentor program leadership, expand continuing education initiatives, and champion workforce wellness strategies that strengthen both clinical outcomes and organizational culture.

What You'll Do
Provide executive-level clinical oversight across all behavioral health programs, ensuring adherence to ethical codes, licensing standards, and evidence-based practices
Establish and implement trauma-informed, resilience-centered clinical frameworks across contracts and service lines
Oversee behavioral health contracts and program performance to ensure compliance, quality delivery, and mission success
Mentor and provide strategic guidance to Program Directors and clinical leaders
Lead discovery efforts to identify and pursue new behavioral health opportunities
Design, develop, and deliver accredited Continuing Education (CEU) programs aligned with emerging clinical priorities
Build an internal learning academy model that promotes clinical excellence and thought leadership
Lead enterprise-wide wellness initiatives addressing burnout prevention, compassion fatigue, and secondary trauma
Collaborate with HR and executive leadership to foster psychologically safe, resilient workplace environments
Represent Blue Rose in professional forums, conferences, and strategic partnerships within the behavioral health community
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
Active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one U.S. state
Minimum 8-10 years of clinical practice experience
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical supervision or leadership experience
Experience developing and/or delivering professional training or CEU content
Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care and resilience-based frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience obtaining or maintaining CEU accreditation status
Experience supporting military, federal, or disaster-affected populations
Training in organizational wellness, resilience science, or leadership development
Experience mentoring clinicians across distributed or remote teams
