Responsibilities
Compiling and record production data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications and individual worker production sheets following prescribed recording procedures. Assisting the EPG Contract in reporting, utilization and maintenance of the Motor Pool functions. Point of Contact for GSA vehicle fleet and dispatch.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent of education and experience
Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate level of DoD Clearance prior to hire.

- Maintain & deliver monthly mileage & utilization reports;
- Maintain daily, weekly & monthly bulk fuel accountability;
- Prepare & deliver monthly MBPAS (bulk fuel report);
- Maintain Motor Pool fuel logs used for fuel tracking;
- Track vehicle and equipment utilization & status for 500+ items;
- Prepare & complete annual FAST Report (Fleet Analytical Statistical Tool),FAST 701 Waiver Report; NTV Data Call;
- Maintain hard copy files for 500+ vehicles & equipment;
- Prepare and deliver files for annual PMSA audit;
- Primary POC & license plating official for EPG(FMVRS);
- Assist with maintenance/accuracy of vehicles & equipment in GOV & GFP property book;
- Receive & distribute renewed insurance cars for all vehicles;
- Prepare work orders for vehicle repair/inspection EPG Motor Pool support requirements.
- Support management of GFP Materials at GTEB
- Manage agency owned & GSA leased vehicle inventory and equipment records;
- Identify vehicles & fill requests for support of & TDY test requirements
- Track current commitments which require use of EPG vehicles and equipment; dispatch vehicles as needed and ensure timely renewal of dispatches;
- Track usage of all vehicles and equipment;
- Ensure vehicles are properly inspected (PMCS) while dispatched;
- Verify correct completion of dispatch paperwork for compliance with PMSA Audit and utilization recording requirements.
