The Work
The Full Stack Java Developer will implement and sustain both front-end user interfaces and back-end systems using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and contemporary JavaScript frameworks including React and Angular. This role will oversee the entire application lifecycle, encompassing database architecture, API integration, rigorous testing, and seamless deployment processes.

Responsibilities
- Participate in high-level and detailed design, development, testing and deployment of new application components.
- Create technical and design documentation, as required.
- Analyze software for configuration & performance tuning opportunities, as required.
- Analyze software for code vulnerabilities and perform remediation, as required.
- Other duties as assigned .
Qualifications
Here's What You Need
- 8 years of experience in design and development of web-based applications using Java and J2EE technologies.
- 8 years of experience in front-end user interfaces design and development using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular).
- 8 years of experience in Web Services design and development, including API integration.
- 8 years of experience in open-source java-based frameworks like SpringBoot.
- 8 years of experience in implementing RESTful services security using JWT, OAuth, and other related technologies/standards.
- 8 years of development experience implementing applications utilizing any JEE Application.
- 8 years of experience implementing client-facing applications with responsive design and development.
- 8 years of experience with integration of web services into Angular or React based SPAs.
- 8 years of experience in implementing best practices in the areas of application design, performance, scalability and maintainability.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses effective presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with JBoss Enterprise Application Platform.
- 5 years of experience with Agile Development Methodologies.

Working Conditions
- Professional office environment.
- Ability to work Hybrid/on-site in Austin, TX.
- Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
- Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
