TITLE: Missile Tracking Systems Engineer with ACTIVE Top Secret security clearance
RATE RANGE: $85/hr - $92/hr W2 (no health benefits, no PTO while on contract-an hour worked is an hour paid)
CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret (US Citizenship REQUIRED)
LOCATION: Hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ 85250 (no relocation package), 3 days onsite
SCHEDULE: 9/80 (every other Friday off)

GeoLogics is currently seeking a Missile Tracking Systems Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Missile Tracking Systems Engineer for the US Space Force Space Development Agency (SDA) Ground, Management and Integration (GMI) program, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing and deploying state-of-the-art ground operational systems for the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA). You will be part of an elite team providing the evolution, expansion, integration, testing and maintenance of the ground entry points, operations centers, enterprise test and checkout capabilities and infrastructure management, including all development, systems engineering, integration, testing, maintenance, and site support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum of 15+ years of recent designing and developing systems that can solve complex problems using algorithms
Minimum of 10+ years of recent algorithm development and tuning for specific mission parameters
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Recent experience with missile tracking systems design and architecture, and sensor fusion techniques
Recent experience designing logic, assessing and scheduling satellite services to track missiles
Knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in system design and deployment
Experience with image processing (collection, handling, storing, and analysis)
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

- Systems engineering that includes decomposing requirements into architecture, internal and external interfaces, and system design behaviors
- Pre-planned or ad-hoc scheduling and situational awareness of satellites and payloads capabilities to track missiles
- Analysis and fusion of missile tracking data provided by satellite to the ground for processing and rapidly providing and disseminating the information
SKILLS REQUIRED
