Job Description:
The Amazon Connect Developer (Junior) will be responsible for developing and testing IVR contact flows under the supervision of a lead developer. The role requires experience some programming experiences including python, java and Gitlab which will be integrated within Amazon Connect Call Flow development, and Lex implementations and developing integrations with 3rd party systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
- Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Required Skills:
- Must have intermediate programming skills in Python and Java over AWS Lambda APIs.
- Experience with development and version control tools like GitHub, AWS Code pipeline.
