You will be the Multi-Functional Quality Manager! Our team is responsible for delivering world-class quality assurance, reliability, and inspection across critical defense programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi-Functional Quality Manager you will be responsible for managing multiple functional areas in Quality, Reliability, Test, or Inspection.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
-Responsible for resource allocation, work assignments and establishing/maintaining an effective business rhythm.
-Responsible for all aspects of quality for assigned area of responsibility.
-Communicates quality requirements, concerns and expectations.
-Active participant in risk and opportunity management processes.
-Ensures cost commitments and financial responsibilities are met.
-Ensures appropriate identification and flow down of quality requirements (internal and contractual) and effective implementation of quality requirements.
-Ensures effective implementation of quality management system within area of responsibility.
-Ensures effective implementation of a metrics program and actively address adverse trends.
-Ensures product acceptance and delivery per established process and program requirements.
Note: This job code will be used for quality personnel that have lead responsibility for a program with one or more quality disciplines.

Security Clearance Requirement
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
-Must possess an active Secret clearance prior to start
- 8 years professional experience in quality, reliability, test, inspection, or related discipline within an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Skills:
- Experience in an AUR/factory environment
- Background in missile flight-test operations
- Experience in core Quality functions: performing/assisting in hardware inspections, generating Quality Notifications, and leading root-cause investigations and corrective-action implementation
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
