Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher education.
Program/Project Management or Integration Experience
Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Engineering Experience and/or Experience with Execution/Integration of Development Programs.
Experience with Program/Project management and program integration processes in complex environments
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
Ability to manage and motivate team toward accomplishment of organizational commitments
Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex issues and solutions with program leadership
Demonstrated communication skills across diverse teams and an ability to leverage cross functional organizational networks
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Management Integrator - Level 4 you will be responsible for leading integration efforts across the F-22 Modernization Portfolio, coordinating technical teams, and providing clear performance reporting to senior leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead integration activities for the F-22 Modernization portfolio, serving as the primary interface among internal leaders, USG customers, and Boeing partners.
- Develop and maintain the F-22 Modernization roadmap, capacity models, and schedule- and cost-baseline plans.
- Implement and oversee On-Time Delivery tracking, risk & opportunity management, EPRS, Earned Value Management, and execution scorecards.
- Produce recurring briefings and deliverables for senior program leadership and external stakeholders.
- Support senior program management with proposal development, staffing plans, and customer interactions.
