This position serves as the primary liaison between our team and the Government, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational readiness, and compliance with all contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Government leadership for all contract matters.
- Lead contract execution, performance monitoring, and quality assurance.
- Manage technical teams, task leads, and subcontractors to meet all service-level agreements.
- Oversee staffing, onboarding, and retention for a 24x7x365 IT operations workforce.
- Ensure compliance with DHA, DoD, and industry security standards, including RMF, IL5 cloud, Zero Trust, and ICAM requirements.
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and performance metrics to the Government.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Program Management, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience managing large-scale DoD or Federal IT programs.
- Proven leadership in enterprise IT operations and modernization.
- Familiarity with ITIL4 frameworks and DHA enterprise environments.

- Active Secret clearance: Top Secret preferred.
