Key Responsibilities
- Direct and maintain course content, quality, and scheduling for SLIC.
- Oversee instruction, exercises, and capstone projects focused on strategic challenges.
- Ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and USSOCOM cybersecurity and operational policies.
- Manage instruction, staff readiness, and logistics, including occasional evening/weekend sessions.
- Handle administrative tasks, correspondence, and reporting to contract officer representatives.
- Enforce non-disclosure, conflict-of-interest, and professional conduct standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Special Operations command experience at the major command level (O-6) or higher (preferably Naval Special Operations Command).
- Valid state driver's license.
- An active DOW Secret Clearance, Top Secret Preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Available for non-standard schedules as needed.
- Compliance with all security, privacy, and IT policies; complete required training.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in international partner capacity-building.
- Background in executive-level training for senior leaders (O5-O7).
