Title: Structural Analysis Engineer
Location: Berkeley, MO

Salary Range: $65-70/hr on w2
Contract: 6+ months, possible extension

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and documenting structural requirements to establish system design. This role involves coordinating with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment, guiding product design, and verifying structural integrity using various analytical methods and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Material Sciences
• 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• Experience performing hand calculations, using industry CAD systems (preference: NX/Teamcenter), FEM software (preference: PATRAN/NASTRAN)
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, requiring US Citizenship

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with additional CAD and FEM software tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and configurations, support test execution, and analyze/report test results
• Define and document certification and test results for customers and regulatory agencies
• Support in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements
