Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Expert knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process to integrate and balance warfighting requirements with available resources and inform the development of the annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM); 2) Demonstrate experience providing strategic advice and analytic support on joint or naval mission areas, including strategy, concepts, platforms, capabilities, and assessments; 3) Ability to lead or oversee complex analytical studies or wargames that cut across multiple warfare domains and stakeholder communities (e.g., OPNAV, Fleet Commands, Systems Commands, Joint Staff); 4) Skill in communicating complex, controversial, or technical information to senior-level military and civilian leaders (O-6/GS-15 and above) through oral and written presentations; and 5) Experience in a role requiring coordination, justification, and negotiation with disparate stakeholders to build consensus, resolve friction points, and defend programmatic or policy positions.

- You will serves as Deputy, OPNAV N9IX, Capabilities Integration Branch.
- You will actively lead and/or participate in internal/external strategic and analytic teams ensuring alignment of strategic objectives and guidance.
- You will oversee, participate in, and review war game inputs and participation related to Navy forces, capabilities, projected laydowns, comparative costs, and Warfare areas.
- You will oversee, recommend, and demonstrate methods for improved integration and communications, including international working groups and engagements with allies and partners, DoD and DoN stakeholders, briefs, depictions, and narratives.
- You will provide coordination and recommendations in integrating and evolving the Navy's Future Fleet Architecture and related products and tools.
- You will provide strategic advice, analytic coordination/support, and recommendations in integrating strategy, concepts, platforms, capabilities, and assessments of joint and naval mission areas.
- You will assist in identifying authoritative data sources, collecting and generating data, and maintaining reference material.
- You will assist with curriculum reviews and the annual research project.
- You will develop, sustain, and monitor personal networks for trends and developments and creating and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
