Nightwing is seeking an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to support applications development and operations and maintenance of a variety of systems and initiatives. The candidate will manage a development team instituting sound Agile methodologies to deliver technical capabilities for the customer.

Nightwing is seeking an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to support applications development and operations and maintenance of a variety of systems and initiatives. The candidate will manage a development team instituting sound Agile methodologies to deliver technical capabilities for the customer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interface with customers and staff management to gather strategic and tactical software requirements.
- Communicate customer requirements to software developers.
- Communicate efforts, progress, risks for several concurrent efforts to staff Project Manager.
- Prepare project schedules, seeking status from team developers. Report schedule to Staff Project Manager.
- Prepare various division level technical briefings (e.g. quad charts, roadmaps, strategic planning, and orientation presentations).
- Facilitate technical resolutions between technical teams, partner applications and users.
- Facilitate across project teams (many division dependencies with the same resources)
Mandatory Skills:
- Demonstrated experience executing projects using AWS and cloud technology.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Program Manager for multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced agile IT environment
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with and collecting customer or stakeholders strategic and tactical software requirements, then documenting them
- Demonstrated experience identifying milestones, schedules, progress, risks, dependencies and applying mitigation strategies taking into account cost, security and policy constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate across multiple agile teams driving toward strategic program objectives.
- Interface with customers and staff management to gather strategic and tactical software requirements.
- Communicate customer requirements to software developers.
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated experience working with internal enterprise system partners, internal stakeholders, and various partners.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).
