Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is hiring a IAM Engineer/User Data Governance Manager to support U.S. Federal Government clients in McLean, VA. This role serves as the primary technical and strategic authority for the organization's RadiantOne (Radiant Logic) Identity Data Management platform. This role is responsible for the architecture, implementation, and optimization of the "Master User Record," ensuring a unified identity hub that services downstream systems including SailPoint, BeyondTrust, and PingFederate.

As a IAM Engineer/User Data Governance Manager you are expected to perform advanced, independent troubleshooting and complex architectural tasks. You will provide high-level advisory services to senior leadership, bridging the gap between technical identity infrastructure and organizational business/financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

As a IAM Engineer/User Data Governance Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Design and maintain the RadiantOne Virtual Directory Service (VDS) to aggregate, correlate, and orchestrate identity data from disparate sources (AD, LDAP, SQL, HRIS).
  • Perform complex identity correlation and join logic to ensure "Golden Records" are accurate, high-performing, and scalable.
  • Lead service management initiatives, ensuring that the identity platform meets high-availability requirements and supports the organization's portfolio management objectives.
  • Strong understanding of LDAP, SQL Protocols

Required Qualifications:
  • Have an active Secret Government security clearance that requires U.S. citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in identity and access management
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a specific focus on identity virtualization (Radiant Logic) and data orchestration.
  • Expert-level knowledge of RadiantOne suite: VDS, ICS, and CFS.
  • Security+ certified or higher-level certification or ability to obtain the Security+ within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Define and enforce technical standards for how the Master User Record integrates with SailPoint (Identity Governance), BeyondTrust (PAM), and PingFederate (SSO/MFA).
  • Serve as the expert on governance frameworks and organizational decision-making models to streamline identity-related workflows. - preferred
  • Serve as a primary advisor to leadership, helping shape the strategic vision and tactical execution for MUR.
