About the position:
As a Software Engineer, you will help design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications in alignment with business requirements and technical specifications. This role involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related technical field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience developing production web applications using modern fullstack frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Django, ASP.NET Core, Phoenix, Laravel, Express/Node), with the ability to adapt quickly to new frameworks and technologies. We’re looking for strong web engineers who can build high quality applications regardless of the specific framework.

• Experience with modern software development tools.
• Creative problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset
• Motivated by solving challenging problems and continuously learning
• Firm understanding of usability design principles.
• Ability to work on DoD projects where external AIassisted coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude) are not permitted. Candidates must be comfortable developing and debugging without AIgenerated code due to security and data handling requirements.

Preferred Additional Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience working with CUI or related sensitive data.
• Experience working on federal defense contracts.
• Current Security Clearance
• CompTIA Security+ Certification.

What will set you apart:
• Use creativity and ingenuity to solve challenging problems.
