The Federal Industry Product Management team at Workday develops cutting-edge software empowering federal agencies to manage human resources effectively. About the Role
As a Product Manager for Federal HR Solutions, you will drive product development, guiding our product roadmap and collaborating closely with customers and scrum teams. You will collaborate with Workday's Federal subsidiary product managers and Workday's core product management teams, serving as the voice of the customer for product areas spanning workforce operations! Partnering with other Workday functional and technical product experts, you will set priorities and create detailed requirements documentation.

As a team member, you are adept at escalation management, ability to facilitate group discussions and present to a wide range of cross-functional partners. You are a strong team player who fosters collaboration across diverse groups.
As the voice of the customer, you are someone who can empathize with the needs of the U.S. Federal customers and operates from a value driven perspective.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. - 5+ years of proven experience as a product manager with Saas products
- You have managed at least one product through a full Product Life Cycle (PLC)-from initial concept and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Experience researching, and prioritizing business requirements

- Passion to represent customer interests and build products that deliver maximum value
- Accountable owner who operates independently and can be trusted to follow through
- Ability to anticipate problems, resolve ambiguity and take decisive action
