PRISM Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a critical mission-focused program. In this role, you will be responsible fordesigning, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and integrations in a secure environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.
Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.
Maintain documentation and support end users as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION/SKILLS):
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of hands?on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments.
REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCES:
Must have an Active DOD Secret Clearance or higher (Top Secret)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA).
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, and Discovery.
Background supporting federal agencies or classified environments
