PRISM Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support a critical mission-focused program. In this role, you will be responsible fordesigning, developing, and enhancing Salesforce applications in a secure environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications, components, and integrations.
Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Visualforce pages, and automation flows.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
Support platform upgrades, releases, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and maintain documentation.
Work within Agile or iterative development environments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION/SKILLS):
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and API development.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and best practices.
Strong communication and problem?solving skills.
REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCES:
Must have an Active DOD Secret Clearance or higher (Top Secret)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
Experience supporting federal agencies or secure environments.
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, or Gearset.
Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom application development.
