Program Analyst/Registrar
BlueForce, Inc. is seeking experienced Program Analysts/Registrars to join our team in support of 89 th Airlift Wing Formal Training Unit (FTU). The Program Analyst/Registrar will be responsible for the accurate, efficient, and secure management of all student records, course administration, and academic reporting in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and FTU-specific procedures. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for students, instructors, and other stakeholders regarding training records, course enrollment, and academic progress.

Duties and Responsibilities
BlueForce, Inc. is seeking experienced Program Analysts/Registrars to join our team in support of 89 th Airlift Wing Formal Training Unit (FTU). The Program Analyst/Registrar will be responsible for the accurate, efficient, and secure management of all student records, course administration, and academic reporting in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and FTU-specific procedures. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for students, instructors, and other stakeholders regarding training records, course enrollment, and academic progress.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage student enrollment in courses, ensuring compliance with prerequisite and enrollment limitations.

- Process course registration requests and maintain accurate course rosters.
- Provide support to scheduling personnel by providing student information, managing student availability, and confirming enrollment.
- Prepare regular reports on student progress, course effectiveness, and training outcomes for FTU leadership and other stakeholders.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to support decision-making.
- Analyze student performance data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement in the training program.
- Assist in the development of data-driven recommendations for improving training effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, instructors, and other stakeholders regarding training records, course enrollment, and academic progress.
- Ensure all Registrar activities are compliant with applicable regulations, policies, and FTU-specific procedures.
- Implement and maintain a quality control program to ensure the accuracy and completeness of student records.
- Conduct regular audits of student records to identify and correct errors or omissions.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may apply once contract is awarded.
- Active Secret clearance.
- A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated work experience in an aviation training environment.
- At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience with student information systems.
- Five (5) years or more with demonstrated knowledge of applicable regulations and policies related to student record management.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and record keeping in a professional and operational environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the 89th Airlift Wing mission and how it conducts operations.
- Understand and be knowledgeable of the current Air Mobility Command, United States Air Force requirements, and 89th Airlift Wing processes for mission execution.
- Proven experience exhibiting attention to detail and consistently producing accurate work.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proven interpersonal skills, including effective communication, collaborations and relationship building.
- Must possess exceptional written, verbal and comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional and operational setting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated competence in problem solving skills and the ability to resolve student issues.
- Proven ability to follow organizational standards and policies.
