- Plan, organize, and document regular and ad hoc meetings.
- Facilitate decision meetings/forums, as necessary, to ensure data-driven decision-making and document decisions for the record.

Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules.
- Ability to coordinate information flow occurring between all programs and organizational managers.
- Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
- Ability to provide a total systems perspective, including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.
- Demonstrated experience developing and refining governance processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to translate strategic objectives into implementation plans and strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze metrics to propose process improvements and inform decision-making.
- Proven ability to interact with customers, senior leadership, and program managers in a highly matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment with a prior history of exhibited interpersonal skills, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.

- Prior experience in the Customer's domain, including enterprise IT and/or mission support.
