Job Description:

The Agile Development Group (ADG) Division is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Finance. The Senior Manager will lead a team responsible for supporting the financial control of complex development and production programs. Duties include research, selection, and compilation of financial data from multiple sources, such as sales, production, accounting, public sources, or vendors and subsequent analysis of that data to produce business information used to support decisions. Verifies the accuracy of data and all assumptions. Responsible for overseeing development and maintenance of program schedules for complex development and production programs. Responsible for selection and implementation of appropriate financial tool sets to support the rapid growth of our business.

Essential Functions:
  • Management and oversight of Program Finance department, which consists of Financial Analysts, Program Planners and Pricing.
  • Supporting VP of Finance and FP&A as required on an Ad Hoc basis.
  • Maintain and update projects in COBRA using Earned Value Techniques (Budget, Actual, Forecast and Performance).
  • Creates/ implements/ and maintains Program Finance policies and procedures.
  • Work to implement common practices within the Program Finance group. • Set up and maintain project ID's in Cost Point.
  • Responsible for cash management on given programs.
  • Provide Program Managers and Control Account Managers with Financial Support and recommendation.
  • Assist Program Managers with EAC updates as required by Sarbanes-Oxley Controls.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to record transactions, prepare reports, and review and verify accuracy.
  • Prepare the monthly short-term forecast (to include validating program ETC's) and other financial reports for their given programs.
  • Use financial analysis to provide recommendations to management on applicable deliverables.
  • Create/ implement/ and maintain Program Scheduling policies and procedures.
  • Work to implement common practices within the Program Schedule group.
  • Identify potential schedule issues and recommend solutions to PMs/CAMs.
  • Identify schedule risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation/ capture plans.
  • Assist PMs and CAMs in evaluating program health using Earned Value metrics, critical path analysis and the DCMA 14-point schedule health assessment.
  • Use schedule analysis to provide recommendations to management on applicable deliverables
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any additional clearances as required

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is Min $126,000.00 - $234,000.00 Max. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $109,500.00 Min - $203,500.00 Max. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
