You will be the Test Technician Supervisor for the Test Technology Team. Our team is responsible for coordinating test-technician activities and supporting overall quality initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience.
- Experience with SAP/Apriso or equivalent ERP/MRP/MES systems.
- Experience with root cause analysis and evaluations.
- Ability to lead in a team environment while working cross functionally.
- Experience with reviewing/analyzing various data sources and making data-driven decisions (e.g. manpower, capacity planning, schedule, metrics).
- Must be US Citizen with ability to acquire a clearance.
- Ability to pass visual acuity and color perception exam.
Desired Skills:
- Electrical, Test or similar engineering degree with experience
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001 and/or auditing experience with these standards.
- Previous Test Engineering or Test Tech experience and/or Supervision experience.
- Experience solutioning dynamic staffing situations.
- Experience identifying training needs and creating training plans for employees.
- Experience with MRB and dispositioning of nonconformances.
- Experience with reviewing/analyzing various data sources and making data-driven decisions (e.g. manpower, capacity planning, schedule, metrics).
- Be able to read blueprint, schematic, wire diagram, wire list, work instructions and interpret engineering drawing and test requirements.
- Demonstrate understanding of electrical/electronic testing and philosophies, troubleshooting techniques and high power testing.
- Experience writing and interpreting technical reports.
- Demonstrated leadership in a team environment.
- Experience interfacing and interacting with DCMA.
- Certified Green Belt or experience with lean manufacturing and failure analysis.
- OLDP or other leadership development experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

- Plan capacity, prioritize tasks, and develop schedules that align with production goals.
- Oversee equipment, tool, and gauge requisition to maintain a fully stocked, ready-to-use test environment.
- Conduct corrective-action assignments, quality assessments, and process validations to uphold compliance.
- Lead Mistake-Proofing, Inspection Optimization, and readiness reviews (PRRs/TRRs) to enhance efficiency.
