What You Will Be Doing
The Senior Staff Financial Management - Level 5 role supports advanced development programs within Skunk Works, serving as a financial lead for complex, high-visibility initiatives. This role acts as the Cost Integration Team Lead, providing strategic and hands-on financial leadership across program execution, baseline management, earned value performance, and forecasting. The position partners closely with program leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial integrity, cost control, and actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. This leader plays a critical role in managing performance measurement baselines, developing estimates at complete, assessing risks and trends, and delivering clear financial analysis to support program success in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as Lead on the Cost Integration Team
• Execute day-to-day Program Finance activities in support of ADP programs within Skunk Works.
• Establish, manage, and maintain Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB) in alignment with program requirements.
• Analyze and reconcile actual costs, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with financial standards.
• Develop and maintain Estimates at Complete (EAC), incorporating cost performance, risks, and program changes.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including selection and application of appropriate earned value techniques.
• Prepare variance analyses and provide clear, actionable explanations using enterprise financial toolsets.
• Conduct financial cost analyses, including cost allocation, cost control, and trend analysis.
• Prepare program financial reports, contractual deliverables, and materials for internal and external reviews.
• Support the development and documentation of corrective action plans to address cost and schedule variances.
• Prepare financial analyses and briefings for presentation to program leadership and management.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
• Experience with ERP/financial systems (e.g., Cobra, Empower, BLCR Lite, SAP)
• Experience with LM EVM policies and
procedures
• Experience with various Finance
functions (i.e. EVM, Material Management,
Subcontract Management.)
• Experience with DCMA Data Driven Metrics
(DDM)
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with
attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Experience synthesizing complex data sets, conducting root-cause analysis, and presenting clear recommendations
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
including Excel, Word and Power Point
Desired Skills:
• Proven record of leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing senior leadership, and mentoring junior staff
• Demonstrated ability to Analyze & Interpret
complex Program / EVM Metrics
• Demonstrated experience in driving complex
issues or problems to successful closure
• Ability to identify process improvements and see ideas through to implementation
• Quick learner with aptitude for systems and processes
• Proactive self-starter
• Ability to learn new tools quickly
• Experience/Knowledge Earned Value techniques, Labor Charging, Tracking, Variance Reporting, Budget Changes and EAC's.
• 8+ years of related finance experiences preferably with EVM
