Position Summary
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about delivering advanced manufacturing systems integrating robotics, automation, CNC, and digital thread technologies to enable scalable production of wiring harnesses and complex assemblies for defense and industrial customers.
Trideum is seeking a Deployment, Commissioning & Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute the deployment of advanced manufacturing platforms while owning day-to-day program execution tracking. This role blends technical fluency with strong program management, serving as the execution engine that keeps deployments on schedule, sites ready, and systems accepted-turning complex machines into trusted production assets and delivering manufacturing advantage at scale. In this role, you will support our partner Molrix by owning the execution planning, deployment readiness, and coordinated delivery of Molrix manufacturing systems. You will ensure systems are deployed safely, on schedule, and accepted as reliable production assets while enabling engineering teams to maintain technical ownership and focus.

What You'll Do
- Program Execution & Delivery Ownership
- Own integrated schedules, milestones, and dependencies across deployments.
- Track risks, issues, and corrective actions.
- Produce weekly and monthly program status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to maintain execution alignment and readiness.
- Deployment & Site Readiness
- Coordinate facilities, power, networking, safety, and floor layout requirements.Plan logistics, shipping, and receipt of equipment.
- Maintain deployment plans, acceptance checklists, and readiness packages.
- FAT / SAT & Commissioning Execution
- Plan and coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests.
- Coordinate installation, calibration, and commissioning activities across teams. Manage punch lists, issue tracking, and acceptance closure activities. Ensure readiness of resources, schedules, and stakeholders required for successful commissioning.
- Supplier, Partner & Customer Coordination
- Serve as primary execution interface with suppliers, partners, and customers for deployment and sustainment activities.
- Coordinate Molrix engineering resources during installation and operational ramp-up.
- Facilitate communication between customer stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
- Operational Support During Deployment
- Support operation of systems during development, acceptance builds, and pilot production activities.
- Coordinate with engineering teams during validation and optimization activities.
- Ensure execution plans align with technical objectives and readiness criteria.
- Collaboration & Business Support
- Support sales and operations activities related to deployment planning.
- Provide execution-focused input to proposals and customer discussions.Maintain clear program documentation and deployment reporting.
- Travel: 25% Continental US, 5% Overseas. Must possess, or obtain within 30 days from hire, a valid U.S. Passport if OCONUS travel is required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 8+ years of experience supporting automation or industrial system deployments
- Experience with FAT/SAT, installation, or commissioning environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

- AutoCAD Electrical (or similar)
- MES / Digital Work Instruction tools
- ASQ Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience supporting defense or government programs
