Job Description

As a Security Guard - Dispatch Security Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aero and defense location, you will coordinate security-related responses, track activity through computers and/or tablets, and support access control, alarms, and communications across the site. Working in a fast-moving environment that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity, you will help maintain clear situational awareness while providing professional customer service. Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
• Dispatch and coordinate responses to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate internal teams and/or outside responders per post orders.
• Monitor access control systems, cameras, radios, phones, and other communication tools, documenting activity and escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, dispatch logs, and shift documentation, including tracking calls for service and follow-up actions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as directed; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
