Description
We are looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support a secure construction program and help oversee security execution, including support for building and protecting SCIF-level environments. This is the first build of potentially many-ideal for someone who wants to help establish the security foundation, create repeatable processes, and grow with a multi-year pipeline of work.
The ideal candidate blends hands-on program/project execution with secure construction security experience-someone who can run the day-to-day, drive schedules and deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the site's security posture aligns with secure build requirements. This role works in close partnership with (and as a key extension of) the Program Manager.

Responsibilities :
- Serve as the Deputy on-site lead supporting security management across secure construction activities, with a focus on SCIF-related requirements and secure build coordination.
- Own day-to-day execution support: planning assistance, task coordination, milestone tracking, meeting cadence, and follow-through to keep work moving on time and on standard.
- Coordinate across teams (construction leadership, subcontractors, client stakeholders, and internal teams) to manage site security needs while minimizing disruption to construction progress.
- Support secure area build planning and readiness, including access control concepts, controlled material handling, and site security process implementation.
- Drive stakeholder alignment by ensuring requirements are captured, communicated, and executed consistently-escalating conflicts and gaps to the Program Manager with recommended paths forward.
- Develop and maintain program/site documentation (status reports, trackers, SOPs, security procedures, action logs, and customer-facing updates) aligned to customer expectations.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early, propose mitigations, and track closure through completion.
- Support lessons learned and continuous improvement, helping establish scalable practices for future builds and expansion efforts.
- Act as the PM's delegate as needed, stepping in to lead meetings, coordinate decisions, and maintain execution momentum when the PM is engaged elsewhere.
