Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator will support the Sponsor's talent center by providing integrated portfolio support to HR projects, programs, and technologies. The Systems Integrator will provide the Sponsor with group-level project integration to include cross-group coordination, assisting in the identification and understanding of requirement dependencies to projects, and other initiatives.

  • Provide support to Sponsor governance boards (developing agendas, recording minutes/actions, coordinating location specifics, etc.)
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office by providing assistance in submitting access, tool requests, troubleshooting custom issues with tools.
  • Assist in the identification, development, and decomposition of project management requirements.
  • Ability to assist in the identification and tracking of action items, tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects and initiatives, coordination of project schedules.
  • Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing front office integration support.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work independently, self-starter.
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience in presentation and briefing development.
  • Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savviness, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce and write and present program artifacts that are appropriately tailored to meet the information needs of the audience.
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience in stakeholder engagement and program governance.
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience organizing and managing projects in accordance with Sponsor's Agile project management framework.
  • Demonstrated experience with privileged program, resource, and personnel information.
  • Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of HR tools.
  • Prior experience as staff or contractor.
  • Resolve tickets for multiple enterprise and office-specific systems.
  • Support the successful implementation of Agile methodologies by participating in scrum meetings, Sprint reviews, and planning sessions.
  • Facilitate the identification and prioritization of project requirements to ensure that project deliverables are aligned with stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to utilize user-centric development by conducting comprehensive testing for rewrites, managers' dashboards, and collaboration with development teams by providing insightful feedback and recommendations to ensure the final product meets user needs and the expectations of the target audience.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate information flow occurring between all programs and organizational managers.
  • Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
  • Ability to provide a total systems perspective, including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.

  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems.
