Zachary Piper Solutions looking for a AV Engineer to design, integrate, and support secure audiovisual systems across mission-critical classified environments. You’ll lead AV deployments, troubleshoot complex systems, and support high-impact communication spaces for government and intelligence customers.
Responsibilities
Lead implementation and lifecycle support for AV systems: video conferencing, displays, projection, control systems, and sound reinforcement.
Integrate and support Crestron, AMX, Extron, Cisco TelePresence, AV-over-IP and related platforms.
Develop system schematics, signal flow diagrams, and rack layouts.
Troubleshoot AV, control, and networked system issues to ensure operational continuity.
Coordinate with system administrators, facilities teams, and mission stakeholders to upgrade and maintain secure AV systems.
Travel 10–15% for installs, testing, and on-site troubleshooting.
Required Experience
5+ years in AV engineering, integration, or support (government, secure, or enterprise environments preferred).
Strong understanding of secure AV environments and high‑reliability operations.
