Responsibilities of the TS/SCI Sr. Ground Segment Systems Engineer include:
- Lead systems engineering for Space Force ground segment programs, including requirements definition, architecture, interface management, verification, and lifecycle analyses.
- Manage acquisition strategies and integration of cloud-based, DevSecOps-driven software systems with multiple mission partners.
- Oversee technical requirements, interface negotiations, software backlogs, and CI/CD-aligned development priorities to meet mission and system performance goals.
- Apply deep experience in space systems engineering, government acquisition, cybersecurity (Zero Trust), and modern software infrastructure while holding a TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications for the TS/SCI Sr. Ground Segment Systems Engineer:
- 10+ years of related experience
- BS in Engineering or related discipline
- Experience with special access program engineering support
- Experience with integration of ground segment systems including cloud-based infrastructure, PAAs baselines and antennas.
- Experience with Zero Trust cyber practices and implementation
- Top Secret clearance is required with ability to obtain SCI
Compensation for the TS/SCI Sr. Ground Segment Systems Engineer :
- Pay Rate: $160,000 - $200,000 *depending on experience and education*
