Help
- You will manage all administrative matters associated with the commercial equipment fleet.
- You will be responsible for effective communication with higher headquarters, supervisors, subordinates, vehicle operations, Installation and unit coordinators, and Logistic Movement Control Center.
- You will plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate the transportation operations and activities of the Regional Operations Section.
- You will perform staffing analysis of requirements and recommends changes to personnel strength, trades, and level expertise.
- You will develop internal policies, standards, methods and procedures for carrying out mission functions.
- You will be responsible for control and inventory accountability of Plant Accounted and garrison equipment located in dispatching offices.
- You will determine work priorities, recommend scheduling and derivations in scheduling and changes in shifts for subordinate employees, provide training, resolves problems and recommends corrective actions.
