KBR is seeking a Product Manager for Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF) 401 personnel who directs, motivates, and supervises a group of employees to achieve KBR goals, acting as the primary link between staff and management. Key responsibilities include leading the team, delegating tasks, managing day-to-day operations, providing coaching and feedback, and resolving conflicts to ensure high-quality performance and a productive work environment with the highest level of service and support to our government customer

Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible to the KBR JIATF 401 Program Manager for the execution of corporate requirements to include financials, administrative, training, timecard management, quarterly counseling, zero harm/safety, and other tasks as directed.
- Collaborates with KBR support teammates to ensure all aspects of program, human resources, recruiting, security, and contract administration are executed.
- Conducts management, company policy and procedure oversight, timekeeping accounting, training, motivation, discipline, and supervision of assigned direct hire members of the KBR contract support team.
- For corporate related efforts, organize project and task workloads and select individuals most qualified for assignments on specific projects.
- ICW the KBR JIATF 401 Program Manager, interface with members of DoW, and the Joint Staff representing the JIATF 401 team and KBR.
- Responsible to the KBR JIATF 401 Program Manager for current contract business development efforts and any future business development efforts.
Basic Qualifications
- Requires previous management experience.
- Requires a bachelor's degree.
- Requires 12 years of relevant experience and a thorough understanding in Service, DoW, and Joint Staff operations.
- Experienced in use of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams.
- Must have and be able to maintain at least an active secret level security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- Pentagon, or equivalent, level of staff experience.
- Demonstrates the courage to care.
