About the Role
Redhorse is transforming how the Department of Defense (DoD) utilizes data and technology. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)). In this role, you will serve as the business process analysis lead for the engagement team. User Engagement Teams will serve as the focal point for understanding the interaction of the acquisition enterprise user community with the Redhorse built minimum viable product (MVP) and its key outputs, forecasts, and alerts.
This position will be based in National Capital Region at one of the Pentagon's satellite locations, with opportunities for remote work to be determined by the program manager and customer.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contributor to the development and maintenance of the customer's minimum viable product (MVP).
- Conduct analytical studies and report project metrics and statuses to include but not limited to using, cost benefit analysis, performance charts and quantitative risk assessments.
- Calculate financial implications of software and infrastructure recommendations on acquisition enterprise investments.
- Build business cases for proposed innovations or improvements.
- Document all internal and external team engagements, ensuring the Engagement Team and Assigned Delivery Team's Confluence and Jira pages are kept current and accurate.
- Responsible for ensuring best practices and stakeholder insights are documented and shared in the bi-weekly scrum of scrums meeting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support discussions or activities driven by forecast thresholds or alerts.
Required Experience/Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of the Acquisition & Sustainment enterprise.
- Understanding of statistical distributions.
- Proven ability to drive key client communication and expectations.
- Experience engaging clients and developing relationships at the highest levels of the Federal Government.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and file sharing applications.
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
- Able to travel as needed to meet with government customers and stakeholders.
