Responsibilities

- Support the production and integration of complex multi-function RF modules across all product life cycle phases
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues in a hands-on laboratory and manufacturing setting
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, systems, and circuit design engineers
- Deliver innovative solutions to complex technical problems with minimal supervision
- Generate and interpret technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and test data
- Conduct root cause analyses and lead failure investigations on production issues
- Present technical findings and solutions to internal teams and external customers

Required Skills and Experience

- Active Secret Clearance required at start
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM field with 5+ years of relevant RF engineering experience
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in a production environment
- Hands-on experience with RF hardware, microwave test equipment, and simulation tools
- Strong technical documentation and communication abilities

Preferred Skills

- MS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Prior experience in the defense electronics industry
- Deep expertise in RF subsystems: antennas, transmitters, receivers, microwave components, amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency circuits
- Knowledge of microelectronics assembly techniques
- Experience interfacing with customers and delivering technical presentations
- Proven leadership in failure investigations
- Team collaboration with manufacturing and industrial engineering teams
